Fabulous in First

Writing Rubric - After creating our writing rubric we then set "Writing Goals". Each student thought about what area they were really good at and the area they wanted to get better at. When they said, "We need to keep working on all of them!" I was pretty excited that they knew and understood good writer's are always thinking of how they can make their writing and work better. They finally did choose an area to work on and posted a sticky note with their name on it next to the goal they wanted to work on. It worked awesome. I also wrote the goals down in my "pensieve". (My most important information I want to remember about each student).
